  • Payments must be made in advance as per the chosen plan (monthly/quarterly/other).
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any change will not affect ongoing subscriptions until renewal.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are provided only in accordance with our Refund Policy (if applicable). Missed classes are generally not refundable but may be rescheduled at the discretion of the teacher or academy.

6. Student Conduct

Students and guardians must ensure respectful behavior during classes. Abusive language, disruptive actions, or misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Class Recordings

Some lessons may be recorded for quality, training, or make-up purposes. By using our services, you consent to such recordings unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Al Hussaini Quran Academy (including course content, lesson notes, and recorded sessions) are the intellectual property of the Academy and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.
